Our objective is to improve farmers’ income and livelihood through ethical sourcing which embraces sustainable production. After the founder’s long record of working closely with farmers, Cafe Collective is a result of identifying missing parts of the puzzle in the industry.
Cafe Collective is driven by inclusivity, ethics and sustainability to equip farmers to address these challenges such as Climate Change.
Founded by Julianne Kayonga, a coffee expert who’s been in this field for more than 2 decades, and Co-lead by her daughter Hannah Kayisinga who has been part of her mother’s coffee journey-bringing onboard her business and entrepreneurship expertise. These two are breaking the norms by being a woman led company focusing on elevating farmers thus bringing a smile to their faces.
